CallSpider® is managed through a friendly, easy to use WEB interface.
Creating and scheduling customized messages is simple! Messages can be sent immediately, scheduled for later delivery, or even triggered automatically. CallSpider® gives you the option of leaving a voicemail with Standard Message Delivery, or selecting Urgent Message Delivery to ensure reaching a live person. During an urgent broadcast CallSpider® will call every phone number in the member's profile until the message reaches a live person and is acknowledged by the recipient pressing the number "2." CallSpider® will continue calling until the recipient is reached.
CallSpider® can convert your text to speech, or can deliver messages in your voice from a previously stored recording. Message parameters can customize text to speech messages by inserting data from your database into the message, such as name, address, and time.
Frequently used messages can be stored in CallSpider's® Message Library.
Messages can be broadcast to one individual, your whole organization, or anything in between.
CallSpider® can operate independently when needed. CallSpider's® Datalink can integrate seamlessly with your existing applications and database to automatically trigger recurring and event based messages.
CallSpider® is highly scalable. Since CallSpider® uses Voice over Internet Protocol, it easily supports hundreds of concurrent SIP calls based on allocated bandwidth.
CallSpider® is configured on redundant, auto-failover Dell Servers, to ensure reliability. The platform is supported by Dell's next day replacement warranty for any possible hardware failures.
